Brewed with freshly-harvested HBC630 hops brought back to Chattanooga on a 3400-mile journey straight from the farm to the brewhouse, it took a lot to make this beer happen and we're happy to say it was worth it!

Our flagship IPA. Crisp mouthfeel with a well balanced bitterness. Slightly juicy finish that leaves a tingle on the tongue.

This Festbier-style Oktoberfest is a crisp and clean balanced lager of the style found served in Munich during Oktoberfest. Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich crystal malts are paired with German noble hops and Bavarian lager yeast to deliver notes of toasted bread, biscuits, and floral aromas for a crisp Oktoberfest experience.

Named for our favorite benevolent Klingon aboard the Starship Enterprise, this dunkelweizen is rich in refreshing biscuity melanoidin notes from Munich and Wheat malts, brewed in a traditional German decoction method.
